Admission Process

We are available to assess your loved one and schedule an admission when you need us. Prior to admission, our admission team will review medical records in order to determine if your loved one is eligible for admission. This ensures the most appropriate program placement to meet the needs of your family. Once medically accepted, a physician will be assigned to follow the resident’s care. A conference will then be scheduled with the resident’s responsible party (usually a family member) to secure financial arrangements, answer questions and sign appropriate documents.

Families are encouraged to decorate their loved one’s living area with personal belongings such as flowers, pictures, and other memorabilia. In addition, please bring: personal clothing (day and night-time wear), comfortable, non-skid shoes, lightweight sweaters, and personal equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc.) Our residents are admitted upon a physician’s recommendation without regard to race, gender, religion or national origin.
