Debbie Goswick is a native West Texan from Breckenridge. Married for 31 years, she and her husband Mike have 2 daughters; Michelle 29 and Brandi 24. The real joys of her life are her 4 year-old granddaughter, Jordyn, and her Yorkie, Baylee.

Mrs. Goswick holds a BS in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph's College of Maine, with a certification in Long Term Care and has been a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator in Texas and Louisiana for 3 years. She started working in nursing homes at age 16 as a nurse aide—before nurse aides had to be certified—and has worked every department except licensed Nurse.

Debbie's motto is just do the right thing, and she believes it takes a special person to work and to live in a nursing home, therefore, every person here—residents and staff alike—are very special people.
