Shanae Wilbert, a native Texan born in Corpus Christi, Texas is the Administrator of Sheridan on Rock Prairie, a licensed 120-bed long-term care facility certified for Medicare and Medicaid. She relocated to the Bryan/ College Station community after accepting a scholarship from Texas A&M University to play on the Women's basketball team. Prior to joining the Sheridan family, Shanae was an educator for three years at Allen Academy, a prestigious private school in Bryan. She entered the Long Term Care Industry in 2003 as Recreational Programs Director for Sulik Health Care, where she discovered a passion for the residents and the industry. While mentored and nurtured by the Sheridan senior staff—industry leaders in their own right—Ms. Wilbert gained the hands-on experience of helping nursing homes reach their extraordinary potential to improve the quality of life for not only the residents and their families, but the facility staff as well.
Ms. Wilbert holds a Baccalaureate of Science degree in Health from Texas A&M University, has completed the McLennan Community College Nursing Home Administrators and Assisted Living Administrators Courses, and is licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing Facility Administrators. She has a love and passion for people and service.
